I joined the Ludwig Institute in 2008 and serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. I lead the Institute’s global human resources and HR compliance function and am part of the senior leadership team. In my role, I develop and advise on strategies that support the recruitment, development and retention of highly skilled staff and help advance Ludwig’s mission to conduct life-changing science and funnel its most promising discoveries into clinical development. Before joining Ludwig, I held several leadership roles in human resources at Kaplan. I am a graduate of Florida A&M University, New York University and Fordham University School of Law.
