I joined the Ludwig Institute as Director of Human Resources in 2008. In my position, I lead and manage the Institute’s Human Resources and Organizational Development functions. Before joining Ludwig I held several senior management HR positions with Kaplan Inc. I hold an MS in Human Resource Management from New York University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. I most enjoy developing human resource strategy and initiatives that are designed to motivate and retain a high caliber staff for the purpose of advancing Ludwig’s research.
